CSE announces official corporate rebrand for Upyachting Management

The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced that listed entity Upyachting Management PLC has officially changed its name to UP Ventures PLC. This corporate rebrand on the Emerging Companies Market (ECM) will formally take effect from August 13, 2026.
