Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder

A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of an attempted murder which was allegedly committed on Nicosia on Tuesday, the police said on Thursday. He is expected to appear in court later on Thursday, while a second suspect, a 25-year-old man, is wanted by police. The police’s investigation into the matter is ongoing.
