Man wanted in Cyprus arrested in Salonica

A man wanted in Cyprus for alleged participation in a criminal organisation, arson and illegal gains has been arrested in Salonica, Greece, it was made known on Wednesday. The 22-year-old Cypriot had a pending European arrest warrant, issued by the Nicosia district court. Extradition procedures will now begin in Greece.
