Residential building activity surges as apartment block numbers rise

Building permit activity in Cyprus remained strong in November 2025, according to data released on Friday by the statistical service (Cystat).  A total of 850 permits were authorised in November 2025, with a value of €382.9 million and a total area of 333.4 thousand square metres.
