Yellow Warning Issued for Gale‑Force Winds

Cyprus’ Meteorological Department issued a yellow warning Wednesday for very strong to near‑gale winds reaching 6–7 on the Beaufort scale, with gusts up to force 9 or 10. The warning is in effect from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m.
